Flour Water Salt Bread, a popular bakery out of Darien known for its sourdough loaves and pastries, has opened its fourth location in Fairfield County this week.
The bakery opened in Fairfield on Saturday, taking over the former home of Shearwater Coffee Bar in the Brick Walk plaza. The coffee bar, which had been open for eight years, closed in May citing a personal health challenge in the family.
